Unlike many products on the market that suffer from added weight and drag from batteries and motors, this cutting-edge system is lightweight and seamlessly integrated, consisting of three fully integrated mast options, a harness with a battery box, and a watch ring remote. This design allows you to enjoy the pure feel of foiling without excess weight in undesirable places by keeping the battery weight close to your body while maintaining a full range of movement. The unique remote design keeps your hands free,

The Duotone Foil Assist is compatible with all

foils, including the Duotone Free, Glide, Whizz, and

Carve models, as well as all

wing and prone boards

featuring standard US foil

tracks. To maximise battery

runtime with your Foil Assist,

we recommend using a front

wing with a surface area of

900 cm2 or larger, along with a

board that has a minimum

volume of 35 L. We have

developed a dedicated

mid-length foilboard that offers

extra benefits when paired with

the assist mast. This versatility

enables a broad range of

applications, whether you're

prone foiling in waves, wing

foiling in light winds, learning

to pump, cruising on flat water,

or going for long downwinders.

For newcomers, the Foil

Assist simplifies the learning

process, making it easier to get

on foil and execute takeoffs in

waves. Experienced riders will appreciate its ability

to provide smoother, longer rides with less effort,

allowing them to avoid strenuous pumping when

getting back out to catch the next wave. They will

also be able to ride smaller foils, catch more waves,

and tackle downwinders with ease while reaching

swells farther from shore.

KEY FEATURES

LOW DRAG THROUGH SEAMLESS INTEGRATION

The fully integrated motor pod, positioned 15 cm

above the fuselage, and internally routed cables

optimise glide and manoeuvrability while allowing for

easy assembly.

STIFF ALLOY MAST FOR A DIRECT RESPONSE

The stiff alloy mast features a rigid, surf-inspired

profile that ensures precise control and instant

responsiveness, minimising drag for smoother and

more efficient sessions.

HIGHLY MODULAR

The Foil Assist Cruise Mast is designed for modularity,

enabling effortless swapping of the motor and

connector cables across the entire Assist mast range.

Its fuselage adapter system is compatible with most

major foil brands. Additionally, the mast can be

attached to any midlength foilboard using US tracks,

enhancing its versatility.

EFOIL SETUP

For beginners and schools, we recommend combining

the Foil Assist with the Midfish Air, as it is a safer and

more durable board. Additionally, it allows for the

battery box to be placed on the tail of the board,

providing an alternative option to the harness.

Powered by the highest torque motor on the market,

the Cruise Mast provides excellent thrust (33 kg).

POWERFUL FOLDING PROPELLER FOR MINIMIZED

DRAG AND SAFETY

The powerful folding gear propeller only open when

the motor is engaged, ensuring minimal drag and

enhanced safety during use. For additional torque,

you can replace the plastic propeller blades with the

power propeller blades made out of aluminium.

CONSISTENT PROPULSION AND OPTIMAL SIGNAL

High-performance Duotone batteries, combined with

the fact that the remote signal does not need to travel

through the board or water to reach the battery

receiver, guarantee consistent power throughout your

sessions, providing an average runtime of around

45 minutes.

PROPELLER GUARD ENSURES SAFETY

The optional propeller guard attaches easily to the

motor with three small screws, providing an added

layer of safety, especially for beginners.
